**About the role**:
The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management, and portfolio management solutions. It's a big job, but our people are a credit to us all.

We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain Finance to drive the launch of the business within Revolut. Using your extensive experience in supply chain finance, you'll lead a team and establish the unit from scratch.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Setting up the vision for supply chain finance from scratch
- Creating and owning the entire strategy, including where we operate, what areas we focus on, how we sell, how we stand out, etc.
- Attracting, hiring, motivating, and developing a Supply Chain Finance team
- Establishing all processes, procedures, and governance required to run the business
- Establishing reliable and reputable third-party partnerships
- Setting up and running day-to-day operations, being accountable for financial performance
- Ensuring zero tolerance of any compliance issues or breach of regulatory requirements

**What you'll need**:

- 8+ years of experience in supply chain finance in a top-rated bank or financial institution
- Deep knowledge of and relationships in the EU and UK mid-sized trade finance industry
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset
- The ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions
- To be comfortable with and enjoy taking ownership
- A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
