**HSE Concrete Tower Technician (M/F/d)**:

DEPARTMENT: HSEQ

**MY TASKS**:

- Coordinate and lead all safety, hygiene and environment matters at factories.
- Lead and coordinate in terms of HSE the factories.
- CAE: Coordinate all the companies and personnel following safety instructions and local legislation on site (at factory).
- Coordinate & solve all Safety issues during all manufactured process.
- Coordinate & analyse causes, taken corrective and/or preventive action as required in each case.
- Promote & Lead Health, Safety and Environmental improvement proposals.
- Participate with HSE improvements to go ahead.
- Review of Instructions and Procedures of work.
- Coordinate the Risk Prevention Plan with the activities at factory.
- Coordinate and provide specifications of trainings and information on health, safety and environment.
- Analyse and proceed with 8D Investigation Report in case of incident, accident or critical case.
- Coordinate the factory HSE team members.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Qualification: Technical engineering and postgraduate degree in Health, Safety and Environment
- Complementary Training: Environment Technician.
- Profile: Anticipation and analysis capability.
- Extensive technical knowledge.
- Communication and teamwork abilities.
- Lead capacities.
- Languages: High-Intermediate English Level
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar work.
- Experience in factories process.
- Availability to travel: Yes / 80%
