**Your Mission at Trucksters**

As a **Freight Forwarder** at Trucksters, your mission is to play a pivotal role in our **Spot team**, contributing to growth, operational excellence, and financial sustainability by efficiently utilizing our truck fleet within the dynamic spot market. Your expertise will ensure the smooth process of load discovery, execution, and successful closure, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

**Specific responsibilities for this role include**:

- Contribute to the establishment of processes and tools aimed at facilitating team growth and achieving commendable outcomes.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient allocation of resources and the smooth execution of load tasks.
- Develop and sustain a solid grasp of industry trends and emerging possibilities.
- Utilize data-driven findings to prioritize tasks and set the team's direction.
- Cultivate a cooperative team environment that prioritizes outcomes, empowering team members to excel.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and growth prospects to enhance the skills of team members.
- Cultivate a culture of responsibility, continuous enhancement, and adaptability.
- Advocate for client perspectives, ensuring our services consistently meet and surpass their expectations.
- Gather client feedback and insights to lead improvements that cater to evolving market demands.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the freight forwarding industry.
- High competency in handling Road cargo shipments.
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish.
- Capable of effectively organizing and aligning a commercial team, promoting adherence to processes and tools to achieve targets.
- Results-Focused: Emphasis on achieving meaningful outcomes rather than merely delivering tasks devoid of impact.
- Proficient at collaborating with various departments, prioritizing the company's overall success, and addressing conflicts constructively to prevent departmental divisions.
- Skilled in methodically breaking down problems, identifying necessary analyses to validate hypotheses, and conducting efficient data-driven investigations to reach informed conclusions.
- Skillful at self-organization and task prioritization, ensuring timely completion of required actions.
- Actively engages in and comprehends conversations, seeking clarifications when needed.
- Eager to learn data analytics tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and similar BI tools.
