**About the role**:you will be the leader the Quality Control team at Site (Portugal) during the execution of construction works.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

- Responsible for setting up and monitoring the Project Quality Control Management System on construction site
- Site QAQC Manager shall assure that every successful inspections & tests defined within the QCPs are properly performed and the results obtained comply with the applicable acceptance criteria assuring the proper implementation of QC system
- Liaise with Client, Construction Contractors and Certification Entity on quality matters. Ensuring pro-active quality support to the project.
- Ensures that material receipt and preservation system works properly and performs the survey of any procured item, in particular, providing feedback to Home Office in case of Over, Short & Damage reports.
- Review and evaluate quality performance (internal and Construction Contractor performance) and initiate any required corrective action through the Site Manager.
- Review, log and monitor the close out of any site non-conformance reports (NCR’s).
- Monitor the completion of contractor data packages, QAQC dossiers and the applicable quality records. Progressively review and approve the QAQC dossier prior to client handover.

Facilitates the feedback process throughout the construction phase to ensure recording and communication of lessons learned and best practices related to Quality Control to HO Quality Control Department.

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

- 10-15 years experience in a similar roll, ideally in the energy/ oil & gas industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent/ Master Degree, diploma or equivalent in Quality management
- Welding Inspector CSWIP or IWE Certification
- NDT certification Level II (RX, PT, MT)
- English level C1/C2
- Advance experience with MS Office (Solid understanding of the basics and some experience using advanced features)
