**What You’ll Do**

As a Scrum Master within SAP Learning Systems you will work with an amazing team of highly talented engineers, designers, and product managers to transform the way the entire SAP ecosystem learns & upskills, and how our customers and partners are enabled on our solutions.

You will work in a cross-functional development team responsible for the design, coding, testing and release of specific product features. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to work with our product managers and product owners to prepare the product backlog and working with the agile development teams to ensure the backlog is delivered.

Responsibilities include:

- Coaches the Agile Team in self-management and agile processes (scrum, SAFe)
- Helps the team focus on creating increments of value each iteration
- Facilitates the removal of impediments to the team’s progress
- Ensures that all team events take place, are productive and kept within the timebox, incl. leading the continuous improvement of their efficiency
- Responsible for the team efficiency in the delivery knowing the whole development process end to end
- Implementation of robust, performant and delightful solutions using latest SAP technology and industry standards
- Ensure appropriate communication process between PO and PM, or other stakeholders for feedback on development progress and impediments is in place
- Raises issues / seeks clarification for the team proactively from the PO and PM where necessary
- Ensures development team efficiency by addressing delays in pull requests, code reviews, etc.
- Understands the complete system landscape and the way their team brings value to the customers
- Manages capacity risks and implements mitigation strategies together with the Product Owner and team
- Support your Agile Team in gaining all necessary information (e.g. regarding Features from Product Management)
- Actively maintains JIRA tickets on User Story level ensuring JIRA is reflective of current status at all times

**What You’ll Bring**

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with proven experience in the agile software development lifecycle with a focus on microservices architecture. You will bring your experience with Scrum, Kanban or the SAFe Framework. You are a proactive problem solver with excellent analytical skills and a passion for ensuring quality products maintain the stellar SAP reputation. You are a clear and proactive communicator ensuring stakeholders and team members are clear on the priorities, status, challenges and mitigations for those challenges.
