As** Client Solutions Manager at Nucleoo**, your main role will be to connect business needs with advanced technology solutions, playing an essential role in creating value for innovative companies. You will work in the Spanish and Dutch markets, with opportunities to expand to other countries.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong long-lasting client relationships
- Work with clients to identify and understand their business needs and challenges
- Develop and present a roadmap with solutions that enable the client to create value in multiple areas of its business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and processes
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

**Requirements**:

- **At least 3 years of working experience as an Associate at a top Strategic Consulting firm**:

- Tech affinity is a must
- Fluent in **English** and **Spanish**:

- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**:

- Empathic
- Attitude of constantly wanting **to learn and improve, personally, but also the organization and clients**:

- **Deep understanding of business models** and (macro and micro) **drivers across sectors**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**:
