**The Opportunity**

We are looking for someone who can collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing to continuously gather customer and market feedback as well as articulate the value of our solutions in materials they develop.

As a Product Marketing Manager at ESW, you play a pivotal role in translating technical specifications into market narratives that resonate across international markets. Expertise in strategic marketing and sales enablement will help forge strong bonds with product and sales teams, driving brand identity and product resonance. This role demands a dynamic, creative thinker who excels in competitive intelligence, strategic relationship building, and persona-driven marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Revamp and refine our product messaging and positioning across international markets to ensure maximum relevance and engagement, contributing significantly to our global brand identity.
- Employ competitive intelligence techniques to enhance our market positioning. Develop battle cards and comparative marketing content that clearly articulates our unique value proposition.
- Foster strategic relationships with industry analysts from top-tier firms (e.g., Forrester, Gartner), leveraging their insights to bolster our product inclusion strategy, thereby enhancing our thought leadership and market influence.
- Creation of compelling sales enablement materials, including persuasive case studies and detailed product updates, to empower our global sales force in customer engagement and conversion processes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales & product team members to contribute positively to our go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct in-depth persona research and development to inform our segmentation strategy. This includes contributing to our new product tiering project, ensuring our offerings meet the specific needs of each customer segment.

**Key Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product marketing, particularly in a global role, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic marketing principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into compelling market narratives.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts and leveraging their insights for business growth.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing marketsand customer needs.
- Team player with strong leadership capabilities, able to drive initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
