**Your tasks and responsibilities**

- **Sourcing**: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
- **Supplier Management**: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.

**What you bring**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business management
- **Experience**: Ideally relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing
- **Technical Skills**: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Languages**: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage such Finnish, French, German and Turkish.
