**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
As a B2B Credit Controller, your role is vital in ensuring successful revenue collection from corporate clients across Europe. You'll collaborate with Commercial Finance & Accounting to establish effective credit control processes. Reporting to the Global Lead Customer Onboarding, you'll provide valuable insights on credit control activities, reducing overdue debtor balances and meeting monthly targets.
Your responsibilities include overseeing a large debtors list, minimising debt, and optimising B2B financial operations. Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers is essential for smooth financial transactions. You'll analyse financial data to create comprehensive reports for senior management and propose system optimisations for continuous improvement.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a comparable Credit Control role.
- Familiarity with collections processes and proficiency in using systems, including Excel, Navision, and Business Central ERPs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key customers.
- Comfortable liaising with senior members within the organisation.
- Ability to thrive and perform effectively under pressure.
