CIC energiGUNE has launched its second spin-off BASQUEVOLT. BASQUEVOLT aims to become the European leader in the next generation of solid-state lithium batteries. The technology developed by CIC energiGUNE and brought to market by BASQUEVOLT will enable the mass deployment of electric transportation, stationary energy storage and advanced portable devices.

CIC energiGUNE is looking for a person to join the Business Development area as a **Strategic Projects Consultant**. This person will be in charge of coordinating and managing the BASQUEVOLT project in CIC energiGUNE as well as other future strategic projects.
**Functions**:
- Coordinate the achievement of the strategic objectives of projects associated with the Spin-Offs of CIC energiGUNE, supporting the specialist teams.
- Coordinate the deployment of specific project objectives agreed with the client.
- Lead the relationship with the client in the follow-up of defined objectives, deliverables and resources.
- Support the team by coordinating the work plan aligned with the specific goals and agreed action plan for a successful result of the project.
- Participate in project specific tasks and deliverables within the scope of the project.
- Coordinate from a business development perspective the project team in relation to project needs and milestones.
- Analysis of potential market inputs associated with the industry and its technology and take them into account for the success of the project.
- Identification of potential needs, contingency and continuous improvement plans aimed at ensuring the achievement of project objectives.
- Support in the identification of new opportunities for collaboration and for business development.

**HOW TO APPLY**:

- Desirable but not mandatory experience having worked with R&D people or teams.
- Desirable but not compulsory certification in project management (PMP or equivalent), and agile methodologies.
- Languages: proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Resolute person, with high level of autonomy and used to complex negotiations.
- Person with leadership skills, results oriented in the framework of highly complex projects and high technological level.
