**Your Tasks**
- Advise customers on our products and services, offering purchase recommendations.
- Process orders with care, ensuring smooth handling and accurate follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer data in our database.
- Support shipment tracking and ensure timely delivery progress.
- Communicate with wineries to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
**Your Profile**
- Relevant professional qualifications in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- (Initial) experience in sales, order processing, and customer support by phone.
- Service mindset with enthusiasm for sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Solution
- and customer-oriented team player.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English - knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or another language is a plus.
