The Alpega Group is looking for a **Business Analyst.** This role will be part of the Sales Organization in Alpega, part of our Freight Exchange team. This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Commercial Excellence department is a key function in the Sales organization of Alpega. It identifies best practices, codifies the way we work and ensure we, across positions and regions, work in a consistent manner to deliver the best service to our customers and prospects.

As we grow this function we are looking for a junior analyst to join this crucial department and support Alpega Sales Carrier’s teams to become the best sales team they can be

Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, providing actionable insights, and follow-up to check that the actions identified are taken.

**Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Data collection & analysis: collect and analyze sales & customer data to identify trends, breaches of processes or SLA, and opportunities & challenges in the team commercial performance.
- Data visualization: support and manage the creation of dashboards, primarily in Salesforce, to communicate insights effectively.
- Sales process optimization: identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process, analyze them to provide insight and recommend improvements to streamline the way we work.
- Training and development: assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
- **English and Spanish are required (written and spoken).**
- **Master degree in related fields to business.**:

- **Good excel skills (ability to use formulas and pivotable, analyze data).**:

- Good communicator and collaborator.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Ability to commute to Sant-Cugat office to meet stakeholders and teams regularly.

**Nice to have**:

- 1-3 years of experience as an analyst, ideally looking at sales data in B2B.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Power BI knowledge or other statistical tool.
- Non-mandatory additional languages (French, Italian, Polish or Dutch).
