CAGLIARI

**Sulla posizione**:
**Compiti principali**:

- **Customer solution: interazione con i clienti a distanza per comprendere le loro esigenze e fornire un supporto specialistico nella vendita di prodotti di investimento.**
- **Front end**-**ove necessario supporto ai clienti per spiegare loro il valore dell'offerta commerciale di BBVA e proporre prodotti di investimento su misura per le loro esigenze.
- **Gestione, supporto e monitoraggio del test di idoneità e della comunicazione Mifid. Risoluzione di dubbi sul prodotto d'investimento.**
- **Assistenza durante le fasi di apertura di un conto titoli, test di idoneità e sottoscrizione di prodotti di investimento.**

**Studi / Conoscenza lingue**:

- **Laurea in Economia e Commercio, formazione professionale superiore in ambito bancario o comprovata esperienza nel ruolo.**
- **Certificazione che abilita all'informazione e alla consulenza sugli strumenti finanziari Mifid.**
- **Buona capacità di utilizzo dei pacchetti Office o Google.**
- **Lingue: italiano madrelingua Da valutare: inglese e/o spagnolo avanzato.**

**Esperienza**:
**Cerchiamo una persona con almeno tre anni di esperienza nella gestione commerciale di investimenti (ETF, Fondi di investimento, Portafogli gestiti, ecc.) o con certificazione comprovante esperienza nel settore (OCF o equiparabili).**

**Competenze**:
**Cerchiamo persone con passione per il cliente, ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione e capaci di lavorare in team per raggiungere gli obiettivi.**
