- A Marketing Coordinator to support the coordination and implementation of the Marketing strategy for the local Village market to achieve sales and footfall targets. Working to and supporting the Marketing Manager and/or the Senior Marketing Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Support the Marketing Team to ensure the Village achieves the correct image and maximises all marketing opportunities through**:

- Coordinating and implementing tactical marketing activities and direct marketing campaigns
- Developing and organising internal and external promotional events
- Assisting with the VIP Program
- Cooperating with external partners on promotions and events
- Designing, producing, printing and circulating weekly bulletins
- Maintaining the website and oversee e-marketing activities
- Providing ledgers of marketing spend and promotional materials
- Maintaining press archives and press albums
- Carry out mailing actions for the different customer groups
- Managing purchase orders and invoicing
- Screening and fielding calls from tenants, advertisers, press and charities

**Taking responsibility for the department artwork by**:

- Producing “print ready” material artwork for charity prizes, site plans, promotional material, etc.
- Working with printers and designers to see through all printing jobs, and organising dispatch
- Providing tenants with necessary artwork and approving incoming tenant advertisements
- Assisting with ad hoc graphic requirements from other Value Retail Teams

**BACKGROUND & SKILLS**:

- Educated to degree level
- Experience in a similar role, e.g. agency environment, or publishing world - ideally with experience of retail-marketing and brand building
- Previous consolidated experience of working with a Marketing team
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English and local Village language
- Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
