- At Goodyear Iberia we want to expand our team, specifically we are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Consumer business unit as _**_Trade Marketing Manager._**

**_
Tasks:_**
- _ Definition and implementation of the customer annual marketing plans, using geoanalytics tool to finetune customer national plans per geography scope; as well as build and present related customer story to support sell in process._
- _ Analysis of total brands portfolio performance at customer level and transforming it into clear action plans. Leverage sell in and sell out data via internal and external tools such as GFK, Europool and Geoanalytics platform._
- _ Act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure we address their needs effectively. Gather customer needs in terms of product line up, assess potential across all other customers and brief European product team accordingly._
- _ Be the voice of the brands and product portfolio at customer level. Support related account manager and leverage European core value proposition and be in charge of the annual customer value proposition customization._
- _ Contribute to AOP and S&OP process, defining and tracking customer objectives jointly with related key accounts. Translate distribution and activation ambition per customer, brand and segment into detailed volume projection._

Minimum Requirements:_**
- Education:_
- Required - University Degree (preferred in Business Studies, HR or Marketing)_
- Desired - Master degree (preferred in Business Studies, HR or Marketing)_
- Languages:_
- Required - English and Spanish_
- Desired - Portuguese_
- Experience:_
- _ Min 5 years of experience in marketing, sales management in a cross functional environment. _
- _Passion for marketing with a proven record of delivering results._
- _ Consumer centric approach experience._
- _ Previous experience un B2B marketing._
- _ Experience managing and optimizing the budget allocation for the categories under charge._
- Skills & Qualifications:_
- _ Strategic influencing. Has strong communication and presentation skills, and can work at all levels across the organization. _
- _Holistic business acumen._
- _ Strong analytical skills._
- _ Customer sensitivity and knowledge._
- _ Ability to work with cross functional teams._
- _ Project management._
- _ Has excellent command of English. Portuguese will be highly valued._
