What will your challenges be?
Coordinate Isdin Talks, Innovation Summits, sales carts, and challenges with the Spanish Community / Love Isdin.
**Calculate customer rewards (€ and points)**: challenges, Kahoots, and event attendance.
Assign points to customers and process customer credits.
Process sell-out experience credits.
Launch the LIPS program.
**Manage incidents with the Call Center**: escalation process.
Coordinate with Love Isdin and the Community.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Education**: University Degree or Higher Education Diploma
**Experience**: Customer Service Back Office or Supply Chain area
**Languages**:
IT: Advanced level in Excel, SAP, CRM
