We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Responsible to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge in Spain.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with the European training and development team
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs in Spain
Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, gamification and more
Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and agencies

**Tu perfil**: C1 Advance Certificate in English

5 years of experience as an L&D Responsible, Training Responsible or similar

Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices and budgeting

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

Used to working in international environments
