We open a new position as Product Development engineer to joing our team.
- GD&T (stack up tolerance)
- Follow up of GA standards (DGL)
- Preparation of 2D drawings (internal drawings and customer drawings in cooperation with the teams in India)
- RFP/RFQ (request for purchase/quotation) launching
- Serial packaging definition
- Coordination of 3D activities with our Indian teams (RPS definition, 3D designs in cooperation with the TDL, ensure the robustness of the design )
- 3D Data Release Prototype Phase
- Preparation of e-BOM and follow up of them
- Leader of DMU´s along the project (coordination with the rest of teams)
- DFMEA´s along the project
- Coordinate and follow up of virtual and physical validation plan
- Project phase closures
- PLM coordination of activities and ensure the tracking of them
- Tool kick off ensure milestones
- Follow up of first parts in plant
- Analysis of individual parts
- Analysis of assemblies
- Follow up of dimensional reports
- Analysis of root causes / and implementation of action plan to solve issues
- Follow up of modification and implementation of them in 3D and physical parts
**Requirements**:
Minimum requirements:
- Engineering bachelor degree
- Knowledge in interior body trim
- Written and spoken English B2/C1
- French valuable
