This is an established and internationally expanding company in the consumer goods sector with headquarters in Karlsruhe. Our company consists of an international team based in several countries. Since our foundation in 2012, we have managed to grow the company in a very quick but sustainable way. Today, we are one of the top 17 toy companies in Germany in terms of units. In addition, we are not only one of the largest suppliers of Advent Calendars, but many of our products are also market leaders in their respective product categories. We have also managed to establish ourselves in the drugstore segment with our line of bath cosmetics and become the market leader with many of our products.
To support our Team, we are looking for an
**International Sales Coordinator / Customer Service**
**The Mission of this position is**:
Reporting to the Sales Director located in Germany, you will serve to customer to handle all issues to deliver the products on-time as a customer service. Attend to customer orders and carry out the internal processes to confirm and finalise them by sending them a pro forma order for confirmation. Subsequently entering the orders into the system, confirming the delivery date with the customer and supervising the dispatch of the order to the customer in due time and form, resolving any incidents with commercial orders.
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Reception, verification and registration of customer orders.
- Verification and reconciliation of the required deadlines with the availability of inventory and in-transit materials entering the warehouse.
- Daily management and control of the customer's open order book.
- Issuing purchasing needs to our purchasing-import department.
- Making offers to assigned customers.
- Ongoing coordination and close relationship with planning, commercial
- KAM's and purchasing, as well as finance department.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Professional with experience in Customer Service at least 2-3 years in the activities described for this position.
- You have good experience being in close contact with customers.
- Experience in manufacturing-production activity in sectors such as mass-market distribution, toys, household appliances, consumer durables, automotive, household equipment-furniture-homeware, electronics,.....
- University education is preferably in business area (ADE, Economics, Business Studies...) but not mandatory.
- High level of English (essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamic will be highly valuable.
- Good ability to develop successful and long-term personal relationships with customers.
