Maintenance Master

MISSION
Ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly in all production areas and improve production facilities, reducing costly breakdowns and developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of the plant.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain a database of key suppliers for machinery and tooling.

Plan and undertake scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Prioritize the work schedule for the Maintenance Team depending on the plant needs/resources.

Support activities to set up new lines and organize the maintenance team for set-up and installation of the new lines and machinery.

Set up and maintain TPM activities in the plant.

Support continuous improvement and kaizen activities for the plant team.

Respond to breakdowns of machinery and assembly lines.

Deal with and repair emergency issues and unforeseen problems.

Design, implement and follow-up on the preventive inspection programs.

Control maintenance work subcontracted to third parties.

Support the Maintenance Manager in planning equipment and maintenance resources, resolving any discrepancies.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar

**Languages**:
Intermediate in English (written & spoken)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position in maintenance area

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Additional training**:
Knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics. Basic training in OHSE management would be of additional value
