**¿Quiénes somos?**

Ingeniería y consultoría de construcción internacional con sede central en Barcelona, oficinas en 7 países y un equipo de 60 personas. Trabajamos en proyectos del sector industrial, logístico, comercial y terciario ofreciendo nuestros expertos en construcciones logísticas y nuestros servicios de Ingeniería y Project Management.

**¿El puesto?**

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Civil o Arquitecto/a técnico/a para incorporarse al Departamento Técnico de nuestra sede como Project Manager contribuyendo con su sentido de la organización y capacidad resolutiva al buen desarrollo de los proyectos.

**¿Sus responsabilidades?**

Gestión de proyectos:

- Interlocutor directo del cliente
- Elaboración de anteproyecto y definición del proyecto
- Gestión del proyecto y puesta en marcha del equipo
- Licitación y preparación de contratación
- Planificación de la obra y seguimiento del planning
- Seguimiento técnico del avance de la obra
- Animación de las reuniones de obra, relación con las empresas
- Responsable de la gestión económica global del proyecto, seguimiento del presupuesto

**¿Su perfil?**

Ingeniero/a civil o Arquitecto/a técnico/a con más de 3 años de experiência en el sector de la construcción.

En ambos casos:

- Experiência como Project Manager en el área de la construcción y edificación industrial.
- Experiência en el sector inmologístico, construcción de plataformas logísticas y naves industriales.
- Buen conocimiento del inglés.
- Dominio del paquete Office y Autocad. REVIT valorable.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional e internacional si se presenta la oportunidad.

- Inglés alto.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 35.000,00€-45.000,00€ al año

Horario:

- De lunes a viernes
Posibilidad de trasladarse/mudarse:

- 08860 Castelldefels, Barcelona: Desplazarse al trabajo sin problemas o planificar mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)
