**About the role**

Consistently represent Domino’s philosophies and standards in interactions with clients, prospects, suppliers and co-workers, to portray a positive image and maintain and enhance the Company’s reputation.

**Key Tasks**
- Manage assigned OEM accounts for all range of C&M Domino’s products and services
- Act as main point of contact and project liaison within these companies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, both BP and MP
- Review industry sources to identify new OEM accounts to develop
- Monitor competitors’ actions and formulate proactive plans and appropriate initiatives to maintain/increase Domino’s market share
- Working closely with marketing, to develop and implement marketing campaigns focus on OEM companies
- Provide regular forecasting reporting and activity updates through CRM system
- Achieve and meet sales targets established by company for OEM sector

Professional Sales training

Experience/Knowledge
- Five years technical sales experience
- Deep knowledge of OEM sector, particularly packaging and food sectors
- Persistent and results driven
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced and high-intensity environment
- An attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
- Sales planning, forecasting and reporting
- Relationship building at client level and internally with a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven record of exceeding challenging sales targets
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Availability to travel as needed

Skills/Competences
- English - B2
- Verbal and numerical reasoning
- Strong organizational, inter-personal, and negotiating skills
- Communication Skills:

- Interactions with all Domino departments
- Communication with customers in verbal and written media including reporting, presenting and day to telephone calls
