**Position**: Market Development Engineer (Aerospace and Defense)**:

**MARKET DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (Aerospace and Defense)**

You will join the Central Europe IP&E team in an international company with 22,000 employees. On a daily basis you will perform Application Engineering, Sales and Supplier Management activities. You will travel regionally to meet business partners in Central Europe.

**What will you be doing?**
- Work collaboratively with our FAE teams and account managers to maximize the number of possible opportunities to close.
- Guide the creative inventors at our customers on how to realize their great ideas & products.
- Gather and analyze competitive information to identify new business opportunities
- Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends
- Deliver regular market and commercial updates to regional teams
- Foster teamwork within the One Arrow team to enhance customer satisfaction.

**What are we looking for?**
- Educated within Electronics
- Previous Experience in cables would be a must for this position
- You have experience in similar position within electronics industry (in sales, marketing, or product management)
- Fluency English
- You can build and develop strategic business relationships
- You have interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts
- Can-do mindset
