We **raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast**, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff in Europe to support our leadership team during a pivotal stage of growth at HappyRobot. In this role, you will act as a strategic right hand to the leadership team, driving high-priority initiatives, optimizing cross-functional execution, and ensuring operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do**

**Strategic Planning & Execution** - Partner with leadership to define regional priorities, structure operational plans, and track execution across functions.

**Business Performance Management** - Design and lead business reviews, performance tracking systems, and dashboards that surface insights and drive action.

**Project Management** - Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability, timelines, and results across teams.

**Operational Efficiency** - Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and implement scalable improvements to help our teams move faster.

**Stakeholder Alignment** - Coordinate with global leadership and internal teams to align European initiatives with company-wide goals.

**Ad Hoc Strategic Analysis** - Conduct deep dives into new markets, competitors, and business opportunities to support data-informed decisions.

**New Market Strategy** - Support the evaluation, planning, and operational setup of new market entries or expansions within Europe.

**Board & Investor Readiness** - Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor updates and fundraising.

**Must have**
- 4+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth startup in a strategic/operational role.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High EQ and ability to influence without authority across senior teams.
- Comfort in ambiguity with a bias for action and ownership.
- Experience working in or with European markets.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
