**As an**IT Service Delivery Analyst** your main responsibilities will involve**
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop cloud strategies and solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, guidelines, and standards.
- Collaborate with Global Cloud Team to align strategies and ensure BU is aligned with the Global requirements.
- Monitor and manage cloud resources to ensure optimal performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an**IT Service Delivery Analyst** your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Studies: Graduated in IT degree or equivalent
- Management of cloud-based resources: Azure VMs, App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, Event Hubs, Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, VNet, Azure SQL, Azure API management, etc.
- Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, PowerShell, Azure DevOps).
- Identity management, Azure Security components and governance management.
- Structured way of working, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach
- Team spirit and focus on high quality service.
- Proactive personality with very good communication skills.
- SAFE and Agile Methodology knowledge.
- Fluent in English, optional Spanish, German
