***Job Title**:Senior Project Manager, Global Clinical Analytics (GCA)**
**Job Location**: Madrid, Spain (Home based - any Spain location considered)
***Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the success of the portfolio by managing GCA projects, including deliverables from all functional areas and vendors
- Serve in a high-visibility position by acting as the primary liaison between the project team and the Sponsor and service providers where other functional areas are also outsourced.
- Ensures the success of studies and keeps all parties involved happy by managing adherence to project budget, developing and reviewing budget and expense review strategies, and crea ting proactive cost containment
- Sharing your excellent leadership skills and experience by having development, oversight and delivery of project team training, d etermin ing project processes and managing the performance of all service providers, delegating appropriate and challenging assignments to encourage growth, development and responsibility
- Adding your own innovation to the department by participating in the development and review of SOPs, guidelines, and interdepartmental procedures and other continuous process improvements programs
- Contributing to the overall company success and the achievement of company goals by helping maintain successful and happy relationship s with existing clients, and helping us bring onboard new clients and portfolios through the development of project proposals, developing and presenting company capabilities at proposal defences and participating in bid defences
**Experience Required**
- 7+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent applicable experience in Clinical Research industry
- 5+ years of experience is preferred in Global Clinical Analytics disciplines; Data Management, Biostatistics or Statistical/Clinical Programming.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20 %, as needed
