**Fleet Mobility Solutions Leader Iberia**

**Goodyear Iberia is looking for a “Fleet Mobility Solution Leader”**

For us, total mobility offers our customers tires, solutions and service to the next level. Our portfolio of solutions is helping customers to take a strategic approach on improving their results year after year, reducing their running costs and their carbon footprint.

In this role, your main focus will be to work closely with our sales team, coaching and supporting them, defining the right mobility package based on customer needs and playing a key role in helping the team building long term relationships with our customers

You will also be working on developing new sources of revenues to sustain profit growth, upselling existing customers portfolios and collecting and sharing with the team market feedbacks in terms of competitiveness of our solutions, customer requirements, market trends and competitive intelligence.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- Min 5 years experience of selling solutions, preferably in telematics, connectivity or automotive
- You love coaching and have good coaching skills
- Fluency in both written & spoken Spanish and English
- Result oriented, initiative taker with experience of business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritize work activities and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Innovative and creative thinker - thinks ‘outside the box’
- Personal ownership & leadership - sets the agenda
