As Senior Human Resources Manager, Iberia you will be an authoritative HR representative for the Iberia General Manager, Leadership Team, People Managers and Employees. You will work collaboratively to deploy and implement the global HR strategy as well as all HR procedures and processes in Iberia Region.

This role is a critical and engaged business partner, who is a key creator and influencer on local people strategy and operations, as well as on the leadership team.

Your role includes
- Taking accountability for the delivery of business-specific HR strategies, change management activities, organizational analysis and transformation.
- Managing the interface and relationship to our Work Council, preparing and leading meetings, conducting mandatory negotiations, drafting and negotiating company agreements
- Leading and developing the local HR team to guarantee the management of employees throughout the whole cycle within the company, from the attraction and acquisition to the termination of the employment relationship, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, career development, talent assessment, learning, rewarding, retention, payroll and disciplinary, if any

In order to be considered for this role we will ask you to demonstrate an appropriate qualification, as well as proven experience in generalist and operational HR, ideally in a pharmaceutical or aligned context, as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills.
