**Sales Manager-Latam** **Mechanical Engineering/Pharmaceutical Sector** Our client is a leading company in the design and manufacture of equipment, developing specialized machinery for the pharmaceutical. In full expansion, its "turnkey" offer meets the most demanding expectations of companies in the pharmaceutical sector, advising them and designing highly sophisticated machinery for their pharmaceutical product manufacturing processes. **Responsibilities** - Initially, he/she will not have a direct team under his charge; he/she will coordinate and motivate current sales agents. - Identify business development opportunities. - Transfer the needs of the client (pharmaceutical company) to the Applications engineer team, starting the development of the project together with the technical office. Interlocution with the client and coordination with the internal department of the company. - Attention and care of clients during any visit to the company's facilities based in Barcelona**.** - Negotiate projects in the closing stage. - Attendance at international fairs. We are looking for a professional with passion for sales and international environment. Sales Manager who provides proven experience in latam market within the machinery-engineering sector. **Academic background** - Mechanical Engineeringr or equivalent. - **English/Spanish/** **Portuguese** **Experience** - Minimum of 4 years' experience in an international sales, within the machinery-engineering sector. - Preferably experience in the Latin American market (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia). **Headquarters** The Sales Manager should be reside in Barcelona or greater of Barcelona, where the company's headquarter is located.
