We are looking for a** **Financial Analyst (FP&A)** **who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. This person will build and manage financial databases by organising and analysing a wide range of data sources. Thanks to your collaboration, we will prepare financial reports for internal use.
**How your day to day would look like...**
- Translating datasets & analysis into actionable and easy-to-understand insights and recommendations.
- Decision making/ complex problem solving, proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources, conducts root cause analysis prioritizes key factors and acts decisively
- Standardize and contribute to the continuous improvement of our reporting infrastructure, responsible for bringing forward new ways to understand our business better.
- Standardized executive level and detailed reporting and tracking.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses.
- Ensure a high quality of the information in all reporting and data sources.
- Understand business drivers & KPIs to create financial models and evaluate strategic alternatives.
**You’ll be a good fit if you have**
- Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a data or analyst related position.
- You have experience in cash flow management and financial modelling.
- You have a proven background in data and advanced analytics, performing analysis with large customer and transaction-level data sets, turning data into analytical outputs and providing actionable insights.
- You have proven experience using statistics/analytics tools, software and techniques in a business and/or marketing setting.
- Practical experience in creating reports and self-serve dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau Desktop and Server.

**You’re going to be a match if you are...**
- Someone who loves numbers and consider yourself as highly numerical, probably coming from a degree in Maths, Physics, Data Analytics, Chemistry, Economics or similar.
- A Master degree in Finance is a plus.
- You are a quick learner and an innovative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric and ever-changing analytics environment.
- Someone with a positive attitude shows success in following up and getting things done.
- Someone with the willingness to work in a multi-cultural and multi-skilled team.
- Exceptional with verbal and written communications skills, in English.
