We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Exchanges Business Unit, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of strategic initiatives. If you're ready to make a difference and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting—this is your opportunity.
**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to understand and refine business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation and conduct impact analysis.
- Present findings and proposed solutions in Feature Refinement meetings to a broad audience
- Work closely with the Release Train to ensure timely and effective delivery within an Agile framework
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to reducing security and operational risks in line with internal standards
**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, ideally with exposure to exchange-related environments; familiarity with UML is a plus
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; German is a plus
