- Role Purpose:_

The Quality Assistant is a crucial member of the Technical Assistance Queries, focusing on the management of technical record queries (TAQ) and the quality assurance of maintenance personnel training and certification.

This role demands a meticulous approach to handling detailed technical documentation and ensuring adherence to aviation standards and practices.

Your responsibilities:

- _Key Accountability:_
- Administrative Area - Queries
- Review and distribution of Technical Record Queries (TAQ).
- Receipt of Customer Technical Record complaints through the designated channel.
- Correct and amend claims in the AMOS system as per the current Technical Procedures manual with the Client (VTPM).
- Assign TAQ items to the appropriate Technical Maintenance Assistant (TMA) for rectification or to provide comments and resolve or reject the complaint.
- Manage the documentation and inventory of corrected TAQs, ensuring their proper filing and storage.
- Quality Tasks
- Oversee the training and experience documentation of maintenance personnel.
- Ensure accurate completion of the experience and/or practical training formats in the workplace (AESA).
- Monitor task completion in AMOS and technical records to facilitate the expansion of certifications for certifying and support personnel.
- Education Middle Degree - Administration.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the aviation industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- High attention to detail..

- Strong customer service orientation.
