Are you a proven sales closer with a track record of sealing high-value deals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where results matter? If so, **The Golf Growth Group** is looking for a talented **Sales Closer** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
As a **Sales Closer**, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful deals. Working closely with our appointment setters and sales team, your role is to deliver strong closing results and maximize revenue from warm leads. You’ll focus on negotiating bespoke packages and driving high-end sales across international markets, all while working with a flexible schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deal Closing**: Convert warm leads into closed deals, negotiating pricing and packages to maximize sales
- **Lead Follow-Up**: Engage with pre-qualified leads generated by appointment setters and follow up with interested prospects
- **Presentation Skills**: Present tailored solutions to clients both in person and via Zoom, demonstrating how our products meet their specific needs
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales process
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to improve closing techniques and develop strategies to increase conversion rates

**Performance Expectations**:

- **Close Rate**: Achieve a 1 in 2 lead conversion rate
- **Daily Opportunities**: Work with 5-10 qualified sales opportunities generated daily by our appointment setters

**What We Offer**:

- **Competitive Salary**: €2,000 per month
- **Commission**: Earn 5% on every deal closed, with commissions paid weekly
- **High Earnings Potential**: Average earnings of €50,000 - €85,000 through our uncapped commission structure

- **Sales Autonomy**: Freedom to negotiate prices and packages based on market needs
- **Flexible Hours**: Monday-Thursday 10 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 10 am - 5:30 pm

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Sales Closer**: Proven experience in high-end sales with strong closing skills
- **Presentation Skills**: Confident in delivering tailored sales presentations both virtually and in person
- **Adaptable & Flexible**: Willingness to work across different international markets and adapt to client needs
- **B2B Sales Experience**: 2 years of business-to-business sales experience required
- **Tech Knowledge**: Familiarity with tech solutions and how to sell them to clients, particularly in the golf industry
- **Language**: Native-level English speaker; additional languages are a plus but not essential
- **Location**: Malaga City
