Project Manager - Assisted Channels (Openbank)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion. In 2017 the re-launch of the Bank began and since then we have been in continuous expansion and growth, especially in our technological side. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our clients' experience to the next level. In 2019 we launched the bank in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently following also the launch in Argentina with others to follow.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team that currently works remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools, we haven´t noticed the change

Mission and responsibilities:

- Manage and keep record of the designing, development and execution of the different projects from the point of view of Assisted Channels, and keep records of scope, deadlines, progress and justifications for delays.
- Assemble and coordinate project team members throughout the project managing their individual responsibilities, including external parties as well.
- Direct quality control of deliverables, testing and implementation
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet the Supported Channels requirements and Customer Service strategy.

To be successful in the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in Project Manager positions in SW or product development projects
Good interpersonal, communication, organization and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines with several projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff
- Outstanding level of comfort in communicating across large organizations and various business units.
- English proficiency essential
- Extra points: Experience in managing international projects, Knowledge of Retail Banking Customer Processes, PMP certifications, Scrum master.
