Technical Transformation Project Manager

We are now loooking for a **Technical Transformation Project Manager**to join our **Technical Transformation**team. The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Identify disruptive technological solutions (ingredients, processes, packaging) in collaboration with the Industrial Application Project Manager to drive the development and launch of competitive products in terms of quality, cost, and sensory performance.
- To lead the Innovation Development Projects of new products that require new technological solutions for the company, warranting the agreed deadlines.
- To find solutions for reliable prototyping delivery, both for internal and external assessment, as well as for technical and/or commercial validation.
- To make sure the product brief is compliance with the Nutrition and Environmental company policy.
- Together with the teams of quality, to submit the conformity of products in terms of food safety.
- Together with the teams of Regulatory Affairs, to make sure products are compliance with current regulations standards of the destination countries.
- Sensory capacity for the evaluation of ingredients and finished products. Knowledge of organoleptic descriptors that allow sensory characterization.

**Requirements**:

- Education: University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in R&D within the food industry, with a proven track record as an R&D Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish (desirable); Italian, German, French, and Dutch (valuable).
