Join a community of certified experts and experience the Nubessom culture – flexible, remote-friendly, and growth-focused.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Managerto lead the delivery of Salesforce implementations and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, consultants, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across different industriesAct as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and project updatesCollaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutionsDefine project scope, create timelines, track progress, and manage resourcesIdentify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues as they ariseOrganize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Ensure project documentation is up to date, including status reports, roadmaps, and post-implementation reviewsMaintain a strong understanding of Salesforce products and updates to guide project successSupport the pre-sales process by assisting in project estimations and client presentationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of4+ years of experiencein project management within IT or Salesforce consulting environmentsExperience managing multiple Salesforce implementations or similar CRM projectsStrong knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project delivery modelsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage remote teams effectivelyExcellent client-facing xsgfvud communication and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are a plusFluency in English (written and spoken) is requiredWe OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusSponsored Salesforce certifications and personal learning pathPaid vacation and flexible working hoursRemote-first cultureA supportive and skilled team of Salesforce professionals and project managersTo apply, please fill the form below with your information or send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to #J-18808-Ljbffr
