We are currently looking for aIT Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a project in the insurance sector, with an initial duration of 6 months with real possibilities of continuity. You will be able to work remotely and you will only have to go to the office 1 day a week. **REQUIREMENTS**: - University degree (preferred not essential). - A data driven approach & an understanding of how metrics can improve outcomes and strengthen internal relationships throughout the hiring process - Knowledge of working and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and maximising success with passive markets - Commercial in-house recruitment or recruitment agency experience - Extensive best practice recruitment/sourcing experience - Project management experience - Results orientation, influencing and advanced communication abilities - Spanish/English (C1) This opportunity will allow for you to develop your recruitment experience within a corporate environment: - Full recruitment training given - Linkedin Recruiter licence (Unlimited) - Exposure to working on exciting projects and build technology teams - Autonomy to work with Stakeholders and business leaders and lead recruitment projects from conception to completion - The opportunity to develop an understanding of the Insurance Technology sector - The potential to fully lead the hiring for our ITS department in Spain - Ref:VGS - Madrid, España - Indefinido, Duración determinada (< 6 meses) - Experiência de 6 meses a 2 años - Titulación Universitaria Grado (4+ a.)
