Buscamos un nuevo integrante para nuestro equipo de **IT Internal Support**

El equipo de **IT Internal Support** es clave para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de nuestra infraestructura tecnológica. Nos encargamos de **resolver incidencias, gestionar sistemas y equipos, implementar mejoras** y ofrecer soporte técnico a todos los departamentos. Nuestra misión va más allá de la resolución de problemas**:trabajamos en la prevención y optimización constante**, asegurando un entorno digital seguro, ágil y eficiente.

- Diagnóstico y Resolución de Problemas
- Instalación y Configuración de Sistemas
- Mantenimiento Preventivo
- Soporte Técnico a Usuarios
- Monitorización de Sistemas
- Gestión de Tickets de Soporte
- Actualización de Software y Parches
- Gestión de Cuentas y Accesos
- Documentar procesos
- Colaboración con otros Departamentos de IT

**Requisitos**:

- 1-2 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
- Experiência en Microsoft 365 y Active Directory.
- Manejo de herramientas de Helpdesk y paquete ofimático.
- Conocimientos en Windows y Linux.
- Formación Profesional en Medio o Superior de Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones o ASIR
