**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by effectively managing all credit tasks.

As a Credit Controller in our office in Madrid, you will have the following responsibilities:

- ** Raise our Fees & Campaign invoices** and promptly send them to our global partners (large value low volume invoices)
- Ensure our billing services are delivered up to our Fever standards
- ** Chase unpaid invoices** ensuring all debt is collected promptly across all our different markets
- ** Maximise cash collections** by making sure our partners receive our invoices in time and any discrepancies or disputes are resolved in a timely manner.
- ** Negotiate with partners** to ensure terms are maintained and build good relationships.
- High **attention to detai**l and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Periodically communicating Aged debtor **reporting** and other ad-hoc month end reporting tasks to senior management.
- Work closely with the Billing Manager to escalate and resolve matters.
- Be the **point of contact** with debt collectors agencies.
- ** Preparing reports** for debt collectors agencies.
- Provide copy invoices and statements on request from Customers or internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain key relationships with all major stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

**ABOUT YOU**
In order to be successful in this role, you will have to:

- Bachelor or Master degree in BA, ADE, Finance, Accounting or similar
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles in the Media, Marcomm, Events industry(preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.or GSheet
- Billing knowledge
- You are a detail-oriented and organised worker
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
