**Eurovision Services Madrid is recruiting a Credit Controller to join the Finance department team in Madrid, Spain.**
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**
- Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales and marketing Controller, finance and executive team members.
- Establish policies and KPIs that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time, prepare monthly dashboards.
- Builds customer relationship, monitors customer payment performance and negotiates payment plans when necessary.
- Present delinquency and potential losses in accounting and other stakeholders monthly to allow for accurate bad debt reserve.
- Assist with development and implementation of key metrics and goals for collections performance (i.e. DSOs).
- Supervise the booking process and collaborate in monthly closing with the billing team. Manage the Sales ledger.
- Propose and try to automatize pricing process as much as possible.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least 3 years of broad-based financial experience.
- Some experience with Dynamics 365 (NAV) or AX.
- Some experience with process automation, IFRS and Swiss Gaap.
- Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills.
- The ability to interact with ease, confidence and credibility at all levels.
- A proactive approach and the ability to build consensus.
- Strong business acumen, including negotiation skills.
- The ability to adapt to and drive changing demands and conditions.
- Experience in managing a small team.
- A flexible can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
**ADDED VALUE**
Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:
- Experience or knowledge in the broadcast industry
- Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland).
- French is a plus.
