**The Role**:
We are looking for a People Ops Admin to support our People department. A hands-on HR professional with experience in fast-growing companies (ideally, software companies), who has experienced what duplicating a team in a few months means. Your main administrative duties include maintaining employee records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

**Mission**:

- Handle the administration of onboarding and offboarding documentation and ensure all the legal requirements are met.
- Prepare and administer hires, payroll, labor agreements, and compensation & benefits packages.
- Ensure the payroll process is monthly carried out accurately.
- Manage and update employee labor documentation, collect new hire information and/or changes in employment status, making sure HRIS is the single source of data and that it is always up-to-date.
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.
- Manage employment contracts and social security processes end-to-end.
- Manage and keep up the communication between international hirings and external suppliers (EOR companies)
- Manage all onboarding admin-related processes end-to-end, including relocation when required (visas/work permits/social security number), making sure every new employee feels supported and welcomed.
- Make sure all the documents and processes needed are followed and completed within the due dateline.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies in collaboration with our external supplier.
- Assist in the development and implementation of People policies.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving employee's requests promptly (taxes, bonuses, leaves, vacations, etc)
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

**You have..**:

- More than 2 years of equivalent experience, ideally in a hyper-growth, fast-paced software startup as a People Operations Admin, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- Solid understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, and payroll process.
- Familiarity with the full cycle of the employee experience.
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Strong focus on automation, lean processes, and tools.
- Enjoy working as a true owner: assuming responsibility and commitment to tight, challenging deadlines.
- You are always willing to help a colleague, regardless if it's part of your responsibilities or not.
- You openly and proactively seek feedback and are open to constructive and direct conversations.
