**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Finance Business Partner you will be expected to dive deep into the data, understand trends and communicate insights to leadership. You will have joint ownership of a sales target with your business partner, thus not only will you be expected to be able to talk to past results in Monthly Business Reviews, but also work on forward looking sales strategy for the future success of your segment. As a business partnering role you will need to build strong relationships not only with the segment leader and account managers, but also with stakeholders in support functions across EMEA and WW. Controllership will always be key, thus we expect this individual to challenge the business on decision making, ensuring the most efficient use and allocation of resources in order to drive maximum value for AWS. We are an EMEA wide team, therefore this role will also include project work and the requirement to be an EMEA wide Subject Matter Expert in a given topic as well.
