**How you’ll be hosting with heart**:
- You are the interface between limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for any inquiries along all channels.
- You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems.
- You give our guests a great limehome experience by responding to their individual needs, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them.
- You identify pain points & potential for improvement in day to day business and proactively propose solutions.
- You stay in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present an optimal solution for each guest no matter the situation.
**What you need to shoot for the stars**:
- You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.
- You communicate **fluently in Spain, Portuguese and English**, other languages are a plus.
- You have a passion for customer service and stay calm even in stressful situations.
- You fully support the concept and vision of limehome and work zealously to achieve our goals.
- You don't mind working during the weekend or at night.
- Previous experiences in the hotel industry, a call centre or a start-up environment is a plus.
