IT Recruiter

**Job Purpose**:
As an IT Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting, identifying and hiring the best IT professionals and support our Europe IT department. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to become a partner with our IT leaders and lead the recruitment processes that will mena the success or our company ar a European level.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage end to end recruitment processes to support our IT department
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA region in reducing recruitment spend by focusing on direct resourcing, leveraging internal and external networks, social media and minimizing dependency on agencies.
- Manage relationships with agencies and educate them as to how we go about recruitment, so they are aware of the role they play.
- Build credible and proactive relationships with hiring managers of all levels and the HR Business Partners across all TD SYNNEX locations, ensuring recruitment plans and expectations are managed, delivered, compliant and measurable.

**What we're looking for**:

- Knowledge and expertise in recruiting IT profiles
- Experience of developing resourcing strategies and creating in-depth recruitment plans to fulfil business targets is essential
- Experience in identifying competencies and conducting competency based interviews
- Assertiveness
- Good soft skills to build bridges and trust with stakeholder
