At **NETENDERS **we are looking for a new** IT Recruiter** We want someone who is used to interact in different cultural places, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment. We are a pioneer & fast-growing international company that is the worldwide marketplace leader in Wholesale Blank Apparel.
As an Information Technology (IT) Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, screening, and hiring job applicants in the information technology sector. You will oversee all the areas of technology.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ability to write and post job descriptions
- Coordinate with IT team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Support on Onboard new hires and our local HR administration
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
- Nurture a positive working environment
**We are sure that you have**:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Degree in labor relations, business administration or similar
- Master’s degree in HR will be a plus
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and IT profiles
- Organization skills
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent Level in English (Other European languages will be a plus)
