**Our vision**:
The HR Business Partner role works in close collaboration with the HR Director Business Unit market Access & the Chief People Officer to develop, execute, and facilitate HR initiatives that support the achievement of business goals. Some projects will be locally focused, while others will be globally aligned. This role manages the HR agenda and operational activities for the employees and people managers of the G&L Group of companies based in Spain (Omakase Consulting and G&L Scientific Espana). The role is split between Omakase Consulting and G&L Scientific Espana. HR projects and programs span across various areas including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, communications, and reporting.

**Your mission**:** HR Business Partnering**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for any people function requests for the Omakase Consulting and G&L Scientific Espana (G&L Group’s Spanish office locations). Prior generalist experience as an HRBP, with a focus on talent management, legal and employee relations, policies, is highly valued.
- Support the HR Director Business Unit Market Access and the Chief People Officer with the development and implementation of local HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with local Spanish business leaders and their teams to understand business challenges and opportunities, utilizing HR solutions and interventions where necessary.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with business leaders within Spain (People Managers and employees) and external contacts, including vendors.

**Recruitment**:

- Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and selection, ensuring fairness and alignment with internal and external equity standards, using advanced software systems.

**HR Operations**:

- Lead the development and execution of onboarding and off boarding plans.
- Manage updates and information from the existing HR system.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to leadership.
- Coach people managers with employee performance evaluations providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement, and the creation and delivery of individual development plans.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and facilitate Training and Development initiatives, including group dynamics, mentoring, and coaching, based on needs assessments at both the individual and organizational levels.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws through the implementation of locally relevant policies and procedures.

**Culture / Engagement**:

- Act as an ambassador and role model for the company's culture and values.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve internal communication and promote employee engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention.
- Support the planning and execution of organizational events and initiatives (e.g., team meetings, recognition programs, seasonal events).

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree in law, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a similar field. Master’s degree in human resources or HR-specific certifications (coaching, development tools, etc.) will be a plus.
- Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consultancy firm.
- Ability to manage a high workload and ambiguity with autonomy, proactivity, and resilience.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, mentoring, and coaching.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, project management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to foster positive relationships and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn platform, Teams, or other collaboration tools.
- Languages**: Spanish (native), English (business fluent).
- Role will work primarily from our Barcelona office with a hybrid model.
