**About the Talent Acquisition Lead role...**

**What you'll do...**
- Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team
- Consult with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the EMEA/AMERS region
- Weekly/Monthly business reporting on hiring cadence
- Regular liaison with the Global Talent Director to stay ahead of hiring plans and plan team capacity appropriately
- Monitor and always seek to improve the SiteMinder employer brand presence online
- Work with the People team to drive our recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda ensuring engagement with all communities
- Deliver your own hiring across sales, customer service and other departments when needed

**What you have**
- Demonstrated experience leading a TA team remotely and onsite, with demonstrable people management skills
- Experience in a successful, high performing in-house recruitment function that has responded to significant business growth and increasing recruitment volumes
- Experience working across EMEA and AMERS regions
- Experience recruiting across GTM sales and onboarding teams
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the capability and energy to drive change
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use data to make informed decision to drive and improve team effectiveness and performance
- Demonstrated experience in project management and strong business acumen
