**#The Gig**

We are currently hiring a Regional Marketing Marketing to manager all our Campus Marketing activities globally. You will work with campus growth marketeers to develop and implement marketing plans to achieve admissions and revenue objectives at the campus level and country level.

This is a new position within Ironhack and reporting directly to our CMO Tom McCarty. This is a remote friendly position and you can be based anywhere in Spain or Portugal. This is a contractor position.

**#Responsibilities**:

- Guide campus growth marketeers to develop and execute local marketing plans.
- Track and assess performance of campus marketing activities to determine the most successful ones.
- Develop a play book of marketing tactics and best practices that can be used across campuses.
- Create a companywide campus marketing calendar to communicate activities across functions.
- Review campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed.
- Coordinate activity between global and campus marketing functions.
- Gather and synthesize insights on Students, competitors, campaign performance and other relevant marketing information.
- Serve as the liaison between campus marketing and the creative team.
- Assist Campus Growth Managers in the day to day performance of their jobs
- Working with Campus General Managers to assess performance of campus marketing marketeers.
- Define campus marketing goals and KPIs.
- Support overall marketing team goals and programs.
- Work closely and assist admission managers when needed.

**#Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 2-3 years supervisory experience ideally in matrixed organization.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
- Experience with organizing local and regional events
- Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features
- Experience with marketing tools and software
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
