_Our client is specialized in outsourcing customer relationship for companies, mostly in bank and financial sectors. To support the increase of their activity, we're looking for Dutch-speakers _Customer Service Agents based in Barcelona._

**Missions**:
**About you**:
You preferably have experience in a call center, strong communication/social skills with a positive attitude towards changes. You master both dutch and english languages.

In addition, you're a real team player with strong investigation skills and a high curiosity.

You are a service minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.

**Work environment**:
After a training and familiarization period, you'll work 5 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

All contracts are permanent.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Media jornada, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 18.000,00€-25.000,00€ al año
