You will provide administrative support to the JAG Academy team at Junior Adventures Group. You’ll weave administrative magic by coordinating the national learning and development programs and making all those associated activities happen, such as supporting team members with their enrolments because they’re super keen to get their training on, answering questions from eager beavers about the training courses available, and dazzling the Academy team with your ability to put their much loved content into eye wateringly beautiful presentations. You’ll keep training records in tip top shape to ensure accuracy because we love analysis of the training that our team members complete. You’ll support the preparation and delivery o f training sessions to our team members that ultimately makes the lives of the children in our care brighter and happier. Y ou’ll help create and maintain a dynamic workplace culture that supports us in delivering results. You’ll understand the importance of engagement, growth and relationship building to keep our people happy.

A day of play

Build, strengthen and maintain strong team relationships with the Academy team and the broader People, Culture and Performance teamthe team that works brilliantly together stays together
Provide administrative support for team member training, make it all flow.
Ensure the right work is being done by the right people, at the right time.
Use your scheduling know-how to create and plan training programs on our LMS system
Keep those training records squeaky clean and up to date.
Coordinate the JAG Traineeship program and other industry-based qualifications/development as required, help our team members earn and learn.
C ontinuous improvement is always part of your thinking, each day is an opportunity to do great things
Develop information analysis methods, we want to keep our finger on the pulse about what’s going well and what we can do better
Sprinkle your personal creativity on our learner workbooks, guides and activities.
Keep our Academy page on our intranet (SharePoint) vitally interesting and relevant.
Make our external providers your best buddies to support Academy team tasks and initiatives.
Proactively take the lead in your own personal development, we want you to grow

You are interested in a career in Learning and Development and want to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in this area
You have excellent admin skills already, and are a whizz at Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in a Learning and Development admin type role would be amazing
